Overview
The FANGRUI SNB-1A digital Viscometer adopts microcomputer drive technology and imported stepper motor, and has LCD backlight display, program setting and automatic control functions. The instrument has smooth speed, good accuracy and easy operation, and can directly display information such as viscosity, speed, rotor number, percentile ratio torque and liquid temperature. Full scale correction with standard silicone oil ensures High Sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeability, and accurate and reliable measurement data.

10. Standard data processing software can record the viscosity change with time, speed, rotor or temperature in real time, which is convenient for analyzing the rheological characteristics of non-Newtonian liquids.
Principle
This product is a rotational viscometer, which is driven by a microcomputer to control the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the liquid. Tack resistance to the rotor forms a torque, which is detected by the instrument and calculated according to set parameters (such as rotor number, speed). Finally, the viscosity value of the liquid is displayed directly on the screen.
