Overview
FANGRUI LVDV-1 rotational viscometer is a precision measuring instrument using microcomputer drive technology and imported stepper motor. It has LCD backlight display, program setting and automatic control functions, stable speed and accuracy during measurement, automatic scanning and error alarm. The screen can directly display information such as viscosity, speed, rotor number, percentile torque, maximum viscosity of range and liquid temperature. The instrument is fully calibrated with standard silicone oil through the PC interface to ensure high Sensitivity, High Accuracy and High Repeability, accurate and reliable measurement data.

Principle
The rotational viscometer works based on the swirl/spin measurement principle. The instrument drives the selected rotor to swirl/spin uniformly in the liquid to be tested, and the rotor will be subject to viscous resistance of the liquid and generate torque. The sensor detects the torque value, and the microcomputer system inside the instrument calculates the corresponding relationship between the set rotor number, rotational speed and torque and viscosity. Finally, the viscosity value of the liquid and Miscellaneous related parameters are displayed directly on the screen.
