Overview
FANGRUI SNB-1A-J High temperature swirl/spin digital Viscometer is an instrument designed for the determination of dynamic viscosity of solid and high temperature molten liquid substances (such as hot-melt adhesive, asphalt, paraffin wax, polyethylene (PE), etc.). It is recommended by relevant industry standards and customers for the advantages of accurate, fast, intuitive and simple measurement. It is the preferred model for the measurement of asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, paraffin wax, polymer and other fluid viscosity.
Features
1. The sample volume is small, and the thermal insulation performance of the sample chamber is good, which can effectively reduce the uneven temperature of the sample.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the Brinell swirl/spin method for viscosity measurement. The instrument drives a stepper motor to drive a rotor of a specific size to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in a sample chamber containing a high-temperature molten sample. The Tack resistance moment to the rotor is measured and converted into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated to directly display the dynamic viscosity value of the sample in digital form.

Steps
1. According to the estimated viscosity of the sample, choose the appropriate rotor and speed.
2. Add the sample to the sample chamber and heat it to the specified test temperature.
3. Install the rotor and start the instrument for measurement.
4. After the reading stabilizes, record the displayed viscosity value.
Notice
• Power frequency of the instrument is 220V, 50Hz before use.
• Select the appropriate test conditions according to the sample viscosity range (10~ 200000mPa · s) and test temperature (room temperature~ 250 ° C).
• The sample capacity is recommended to be between 17 and 25ml.
• Instrument working environment should avoid strong electromagnetic interference.
• Please clean the rotor and sample room in time after use.
