Overview
The NIRUN HBDV-E Digital Viscometer is a High Accuracy, wide range viscosity measurement instrument. It uses stepper motor direct drive, gearless design, accurate speed, and is equipped with LCD liquid crystal with blue backlit display for large information display. Principle
The digital Viscometer drives a stepper motor through a microcomputer control system, which drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample. Tack resistance (torque) to the rotor is accurately measured by the beryllium bronze torque material and the ruby bearing system, and converted into viscosity by the control system. The shear rate and shear stress can be displayed in real time during the measurement process, and the data is obtained by continuous acquisition.
