Overview
The NIRUN SNB-AI + 250 degree heater is a digital Viscometer with intelligent measurement function that automatically adjusts the speed to reduce the difficulty of use. The instrument is small in sample consumption and has an insulated sample chamber to reduce heat loss. Temperature control is low in volatility. Stir the rotor rotation and optional SNB data collection software is available to record the viscosity temperature Linear dispersion.

Principle
The digital Viscometer drives the rotor continuously variable speed swirl/spin in the sample through a microcomputer control system. Tack resistance to the rotor is converted into an electrical signal through beryllium bronze torque material and a ruby bearing system. After processing, the viscosity value is displayed on the digital display screen. At the same time, the built-in RID temperature transducer and heater precisely control the temperature of the sample chamber to ensure that the measurement is carried out at the set temperature.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz or DC17V1.2A.).
2. Install the required rotors (21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #).
3. Add the sample (300 to 400 ml) to the sample chamber.
4. Set the target temperature (RT +~ 250 ℃) and Rotor speed (0.1~ 200rpm) through the control system.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically adjusts and displays the viscosity value.
6. Optional SNB software for data collection and drawing.
Notice
• Make sure the Power frequency is within the specified range of AC100-240V or DC17V1.2A.
• Select the appropriate rotor according to the measurement requirements (viscosity range 5~ 1000000mPa · s).
• The sample capacity is recommended to be between 300 and 400ml.
• The instrument weight is 7kg, please pay attention when moving and placing.
