The NIRUN SNB-AI + 500 degree heater is a digital Viscometer for viscosity measurement at high temperatures. The instrument features intelligent measurement technology that automatically adjusts the rotational speed and has a sample chamber insulation design to reduce heat loss.

Principle
The Viscometer uses a microcomputer control system to drive the rotor in the sample at a continuously variable speed swirl/spin. Tack resistance to the rotor is converted into an electrical signal through the beryllium bronze torque material, which is processed and displayed as a viscosity value. At the same time, the built-in RID temperature transducer and heating furnace body can precisely control the sample temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Install the appropriate rotor.
3. Add the sample to the sample cup.
4. Set the target temperature and speed through the control system.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically runs and displays the viscosity value.
6. Optional software for data collection and drawing.
