Overview
The NIRUN HADV-T1 is a digital Viscometer that combines viscosity measurement with precise temperature control. It breaks through the limitations of traditional split equipment consisting of thermostatic tanks, Viscosity-Testers, and small sample adapters to achieve an integrated design of measurement and temperature control.
Features
Using a small sample adapter (SSR) and SC4 rotor system, accurate measurement can be made at a specific shear rate, the sample dosage is only 2-16ml, and the cylindrical geometry ensures measurement accuracy.

Principle
The instrument drives the rotor continuously variable speed swirl/spin in the sample through a microcomputer control system, and measures the torque generated by the sample on the rotor (induced by beryllium bronze torque material) to calculate the viscosity value. At the same time, the built-in semiconductor temperature control system is closely connected to the sample barrel to perform precise temperature control of the sample, ensuring that the measurement is carried out under thermostatic conditions.

Steps
1. Install the SC4 series rotor.
Add 2-16ml of sample to the sample cartridge.
3. Set the target temperature and Rotor speed through software.
4, start the instrument, viscosity measurement and temperature control.
5. Use DV-T1 software for data collection and mapping analysis.

• Make sure the Power frequency is within the range of AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz or using a DC17V1.2A. adapter.
• The sample volume should be controlled between 2-16ml to ensure measurement accuracy.
