Overview
The NIRUN HBDV-T1 digital Viscometer is an all-in-one viscosity measurement and temperature precision control machine. It breaks through the limitations of traditional split equipment and integrates the functions of thermostatic sink, Viscosity-Tester and small sample adapter.
Features
The measurement system composed of a small sample adapter (SSR) and SC4 rotor can perform accurate measurement at a certain shear rate, and the sample dosage is only 2 to 16ml.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin method for viscosity measurement. A microcomputer control system drives the rotor in the sample at a specific speed swirl/spin, measuring the torque generated by the sample on the rotor to calculate the viscosity value. At the same time, its integrated temperature control system precisely controls the temperature of the sample barrel through semiconductor technology, ensuring that the measurement is carried out under thermostatic conditions.

It is suitable for various fluid analysis fields that require accurate measurement of viscosity and temperature control.
Steps
1. Install and connect the device.
Load 2-16 ml of sample into a small sample adapter (SSR) sleeve.
3. Select the appropriate SC4 rotor according to the measurement requirements and install it.
4. Set the required measurement temperature, Rotor speed and other parameters through DV-T1 software.
5. Start the device and wait for the sample to reach the set temperature and stabilize.
6. Start viscosity measurement, the software will continuously collect and display data.
7. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample cartridge and rotor for cleaning.
Notice
Power frequency is within the allowable range of AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz or DC17V1.2A.
The sample volume should be controlled between 2-16ml to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Be careful when loading and unloading rotors and sample cylinders.
• When cleaning the sample cartridge and rotor, use a suitable cleaning agent and ensure thorough drying.
Equipment operation temperature range is -1~ 150 ℃, do not use beyond this range.
• Please use the supporting DV-T1 software for parameter setting and data collection to ensure normal function.
• When not in use for a long time, please store it properly in a drying environment.
