Overview
RUNJIE RJ-VX-5 light drawing instrument is a testing instrument composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage hose with quick connector, anchor, tie rod, adapter and portable case. The instrument adopts hollow self-reset, digital display integrated hydraulic cylinder design, which can directly read the force value (KN), and has functions such as peak holding, storage, clearing, backlight, inquiry and automatic shutdown. It is technically professional and easy to operate, especially suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The instrument provides hydraulic power through a manual pump to drive the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, thereby applying tension to the tested anchors attached to the anchors, rods and adapters. The High Accuracy Sensor detects the tension value in real time, and directly displays the force value (KN) through the digital pressure gauge to realize the measurement of the pull-out force.

Testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and on-site pull-out force testing of Glass curtain walls (test)

Steps
1. Correctly connect the components of the instrument (manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, high voltage hose, anchor, tie rod, adapter) through quick connector.
2. Select the appropriate anchors, pull rods and adapters for installation according to the specifications of the tested part.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital pressure gauge and perform the clearing operation.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply tension to the tested part smoothly.
5. Observe the readings of the digital pressure gauge until the test requirements are met or the tested part fails, and the instrument can maintain the peak force value.
6. After the test is completed, the pressure is released, and the hydraulic cylinder is reset under the action of the self-return spring.
7. The stored test data can be queried through the digital display table.
8. After the test, turn off the power, remove the components and place them in the portable case.
Notice
• Before use, check whether the connecting parts are tight to ensure that there is no leakage.
• Please select and install the matching anchors, tie rods and adapters correctly according to the specifications of the anchors under test.
• The tension should be applied smoothly and evenly to avoid Impact loads.
Do not exceed the rated measurement range of the instrument (0-50KN).
• During testing, personnel should be located in a safe area to prevent the anchor from suddenly failing and ejecting, causing injury.
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid oil and dust entering the hydraulic system.
• When not in use for a long time, the system pressure should be released and the instrument should be stored in a drying place.
When reading, pay attention to the unit (KN) and resolution (0.001KN) of the digital display.
