Overview

Principle
The RUNJIE RJ-3 miniature drawing instrument provides high voltage oil power through the manual pump to drive the hydraulic cylinder to generate tension, which acts on the anchor rod and other anchoring bodies for anchoring force detection. The digital pressure gauge displays the tension value in real time, and has automatic calculation and peak holding functions to ensure accurate and reliable measurement.

Steps
1. Check the oil storage cylinder and oil injection port to ensure sufficient oil
2. Connect high voltage YouTube and quick connector to hydraulic cylinder
3. Install anchors, tie rods and adapters to the tested anchor
4. Operate the pressure handle to pressurize, and observe the tensile force value through the digital pressure gauge
5. After reaching the required tension, use the unloading valve to release the pressure
6. Record or query data, and store or delete it if necessary
