Overview
YIHENG DKZ-3B thermostatic oscillation tank is a laboratory equipment with a Temperature range of RT + 5~ 99 ℃ and an Oscillation Frequency of 30~ 150rpm. It is widely used in laboratory research work with high requirements for oscillation and temperature accuracy, such as bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, chemical and biochemical reactions, enzymes and tissue studies.

Principle
The DKZ-3B thermostatic oscillation sink precisely controls the temperature through a microcomputer PID temperature controller, and combines the stepless speed regulation AC deceleration motor to drive the Shaker to oscillate to realize thermostatic and oscillation functions. Optional multi-stage programmable controller preset program can automatically execute complex test steps.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Time parameters as required.
3. Optional multi-stage programmable controller preset program steps.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the operating status.
5. Turn off the equipment after use and clean the liner.

• Make sure the device is placed on a smooth surface before use to avoid tilting.
• Pay attention to Temperature range and Oscillation Frequency limits when setting parameters.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm during operation and deal with abnormal situations in time.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning to avoid corrosion of stainless steel liner.
• When selecting a multi-stage programmable controller, indicate the amplitude selection (30mm or 40mm) in the indent.
