Overview
The GAOPIN NGP40-N2 Portable Multi-Function Nitrogen Detector is an instrument for rapid detection of nitrogen gas concentration and environment temperature and humidity (optional). It uses the principle of thermal conductivity detection and is equipped with a 2.31 inch high definition color screen. When the measurement value exceeds the limit, the sound and light vibration alarm will be issued. The instrument is suitable for detecting gas concentration in pipes, confined spaces or atmospheric environments, as well as high concentration single gas purity with nitrogen or oxygen background. It can detect more than 500 gas types.

Principle
The NGP40-N2 Portable multi-function nitrogen detector adopts the principle of thermal conductivity detection. The instrument has a built-in pump suction sampling system, which sucks the gas to be measured through a specially designed gas path. After the gas passes through the integrated water vapor and dust Filter, it arrives at the Sensor for detection. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by professional circuit design and mature kernel algorithm. Finally, real-time concentration, temperature and humidity information are displayed on the screen, and sound and light vibration alarms are triggered when the concentration exceeds the set limit.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Select the detection mode (real-time detection or timing detection) as needed.
3. Using pump-suction sampling, place the sampling Probe in the area to be tested to ensure that the sampling distance meets the requirements (greater than 10 meters).
4. Observe real-time concentration, temperature and humidity data and changes through a 2.31-inch high definition color screen. Linear dispersion.
5. When the instrument alarms, take appropriate measures according to the sound, light and vibration prompts.
6. After the test is completed, the stored data can be viewed and deleted through the instrument, or the data can be uploaded to the computer for analysis through the USB interface.
7. After use, charge the instrument for next use.
Notice
● The instrument has a built-in Filter, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extremely harsh environments to prevent damage to the Sensor.
● When selecting a high temperature sampling handle, it is necessary to ensure that the gas temperature does not exceed 400 ° C, and higher temperatures need to be customized.
● When performing concentration calibrating, please follow the procedures, the instrument has the function of misoperation identification, but still need to be cautious.
Pay attention to the battery level and avoid working under voltage for a long time.
Although the Protection Rating is IP65, it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion in water or exposure to large amounts of dust.
The instrument has an explosion-proof marking, but it still needs to be used under the specified safety regulations for dangerous places.
● Regularly check the log records, pay attention to the Sensor life expiration reminder and the next concentration calibrated time reminder.
When storing data, pay attention to selecting the storage mode (real-time, timing, or store-only alarm).
Please use the standard USB port when charging and ensure that it has a charging protection function.
