Overview
GAOPIN NGP40-CH2O Portable Formaldehyde detector is an instrument for rapid detection of formaldehyde gas concentration and environment temperature and humidity (optional). It uses pump-suction sampling and is equipped with a high definition color screen. When the measurement value exceeds the limit, it will emit sound and light vibration alarm. It is suitable for gas detection in various scenarios such as pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments.

Principle
The detector uses a Sensor based on electrochemistry principle to detect formaldehyde gas concentration. Through built-in pump-suction sampling, the gas passes through the integrated water vapor and dust Filter and enters the Sensor to react. The generated electrical signal is processed by professional circuit design and kernel algorithm, and finally converted into concentration value displayed on the screen. The instrument supports temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy.

Gas concentration detection in pipeline, confined space gas concentration detection, atmospheric environment gas concentration detection, gas leakage detection, high concentration single gas purity detection (background gas is nitrogen or oxygen)
Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument self-checks.
2. Select the detection mode (real-time detection or timing detection) through the menu.
3. Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument pumps the sampling.
4. Read real-time formaldehyde concentration and temperature and humidity (if optional) data on the screen.
5. You can connect to the computer through the USB interface and upload the stored data for analysis.
6. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
Do not use in environments beyond the specified temperature and humidity range.
• Avoid strong impact or vibration of the instrument.
• Regularly check and clean the Filter to ensure that the sampling air path is unobstructed.
• Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, please pay attention to the life expiration reminder prompted by the instrument.
• When calibrating, please strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid misoperation.
• Please use a matching or standard USB charging device when charging.
When the instrument alarms, please take appropriate measures according to the type of alarm.
• Optional functions (such as high temperature detection, RS485 communication) need to be used according to the actual configuration.
