The GAOPIN NGP40-M400 Portable multifunctional 4-in-1 Gas detector is a professional device for the simultaneous rapid detection of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oxygen (O2) and combustible gas concentrations, as well as the measurement of environment temperature and humidity. When the measurement value exceeds the preset limit, the instrument will sound and light vibration alarm. The product features a 2.31 inch high definition color screen display, built-in pump suction sampling system, suitable for gas concentration detection in pipelines, confined spaces, atmospheric environments, and high concentration single gas purity analysis. It can detect more than 500 gas types.

Principle
The gas detector uses a Sensor based on electrochemistry and catalytic combustion principles to detect the target gas. The built-in sampling pump sucks the environment gas. After an integrated water vapor and dust filter, the gas reacts with the Sensor to generate an electrical signal related to the gas concentration. Professional circuit design and kernel algorithms process these signals, and finally display the gas concentration value on the screen in real time and alarm according to the settings.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the equipment.
2. Select the detection mode (real-time detection or timing detection) as needed.
3. Use the sampling pump to suck the gas to be measured into the instrument.
4. Real-time observation of gas concentration, temperature and humidity data and changes through a 2.31-inch color screen Linear dispersion.
5. During the detection process, if the gas concentration exceeds the limit, the instrument will alarm in a preset manner.
6. The detection data is automatically stored, and the analysis can be exported through the local viewing or USB interface.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
Do not use in an environment beyond the specified temperature, humidity and pressure range.
• Avoid strong impact or long-term immersion in water.
• When using in high dust or high humidity environments, ensure that the Filter is effective and maintained regularly.
• When performing concentration calibrating, please follow the procedures. The instrument has the function of misoperation identification.
Sensor life (electrochemistry 2-3 years, catalytic combustion 3 years), timely replacement.
• Please use a matching or standard USB charging device when charging.
When the instrument alarms, please take appropriate measures immediately according to the safety procedures.
• When selecting a high temperature sampling handle, confirm that the flue gas temperature to be measured is within the allowable range.
