Overview
YIHENG DHG-9091A drying oven is a natural convection phenomenon that uses hot air to rise, with the characteristics of no noise, less dust and slow airflow. The drying oven Temperature range is 10~ 200 ℃, the volume is 96L, and the input Power is 1400W.
Features
1, the use of natural convection cycle, no noise, to avoid the evaporation of the sample during the test.
2. The liner is made of stainless steel, and the liner has a four-corner and half-arc transition, which is convenient for cleaning the studio.
3. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
5. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
DHG-9091A drying oven uses the natural convection phenomenon of hot air rising, and precisely controls the temperature through the microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller to realize the functions of drying and baking.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the device and monitor temperature changes.
3. After use, turn off the power and clean it.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of RT + 5~ 35 ℃.
• When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will automatically interrupt the operation.
• Optional functions such as independent limit alarm, RS232/485 interface, etc. require additional configuration.
• Regularly clean the liner and keep the equipment hygienic.
