SUOGUANG WRS-1A Microcomputer Melting point meter is a precision instrument with thin film buttons, LCD screen and photoelectric detection technology, with automatic measurement and visual display function. Temperature range from room temperature to 320 ℃, suitable for melting point determination.

Principle
The instrument detects the temperature through the High Linearity Platinum Resistance Sensor, uses the photoelectric detection technology to automatically identify the initial and final melting points of the sample, and combines the software temperature control algorithm to realize the accurate and stable heating process, and automatically completes the melting point measurement.

Steps
Step 1 Set the starting temperature
2. Select the heating rate (0.2/0 5/1/1 5/2/3/4/5 ℃/min eight gears optional)
3. Sample capillary tubing
4. Start the automatic measurement program
5. Read the initial and final melting display results
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220 +/- 10% V before use
The sample height should be controlled at 3mm.
• The size of capillary tubing must meet the specifications of outer diameter φ 1.4mm and inner diameter φ 1.0mm
• Pay attention to the effect of heating rate selection on measurement repeability
• Operating temperature must not exceed 320 ℃
