Overview
YIHENG DHG-9203A Blast drying oven adopts mirror stainless steel argon arc welding box, and the outside of the box adopts good steel plate with good mass. Blast drying oven adopts synthetic silicon sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and the control range is 10~ 200 ℃. Temperature range can be determined according to user needs for RT + 10~ 250 ℃ products, RT refers to Ambient Temperature.

2. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and suitable air ducts to improve the temperature uniformity in the working room.

5. The intake and exhaust volume of the box can be adjusted from the temperature control panel.

7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The blast drying oven is composed of a fan that can continuously operate at high temperature and a suitable air duct through the hot air circulation system to improve the temperature uniformity in the working room. The microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller is used for precise temperature control, and the air inlet and exhaust volume in the box can be adjusted from the temperature control panel.
