Overview
The SUOGUANG WSL-2 LOVIBOND Tintometer is a visual Color measuring instrument that uses the internationally recognized LOVIBOND color scale to measure the chroma of various liquids, colloids, solids and powders. The instrument is simple in structure and easy to operate. It is commonly used for Color measurement of different substances such as edible oils, beverages, jams, cosmetics, Spinning & weaving products, grains, paper, etc.

Principle
Optical inspection system consisting of standard whiteboard, Color Assessment Cabinet, LOVIBOND filter group and lens barrel is used for visual Color comparison measurement.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and choose the right Cuvette
2. Turn on the instrument power
3. Place the sample in the Color Assessment Cabinet
4. Observe and adjust the LOVIBOND color filter through the lens barrel
5. Read the corresponding LOVIBOND unit value
6. Record measurement results
Notice
• Make sure the power supply meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 22V, 50HZ +/- 1HZ before use
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 5 ℃~ 35 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 85%
• Cuvette size should be selected according to Sample type
• Keep the instrument stable during measurement
• Regularly check whether the whiteboard diffuse reflectance is greater than 80%
