Overview
SUOGUANG WYL-2D/2E Continuous Variable Amplification Microscope, also known as Continuous Variable Amplification Stereo Vision Microscope, is a new type of dual-function instrument that combines the principle of polarized light interferometry and continuous variant microscope. The instrument is used to measure the birefringence of transparent objects due to internal stress (such as uneven chill down or mechanical action), and can clearly and reliably observe the structure and interference images of objects.
Features
1. Stress measurement range 560nm (first-order interference color)
2. Full-wave plate optical path difference of 560nm (nanometers)
3. Clear and upright images with strong three-dimensional sense
4. Continuous zoom means that you can set the appropriate magnification at will with just one focus adjustment
5. Can be equipped with camera or conventional and digital camera systems (optional)
Principle
The instrument is based on the principle of polarized light interferometry. When polarized light passes through a transparent object with internal stress, the birefringence phenomenon caused by stress causes the light to have an optical path difference, forming an interference image. The instrument observes and analyzes these interference images through a continuous aneuploid microscope to determine the internal stress status of the object.
Applications
Glass products industry, jewelry, watches, lamps, aviation research, agriculture, industry, geological archaeology, education industry, laboratory. Suitable for small size Glass and metal interface and metal sealing stress detection, such as jewelry, eye, wick, etc.
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on the stage.
2. Adjust the binocular pupil distance and visibility to suit the observer.
3. Adjust the focus to make the image clear.
4. Set the appropriate magnification through the continuous zoom function for observation.
5. Observe and analyze the interference images generated by the sample through a polarized light system to evaluate stress conditions.
6. (Optional) Connect a camera or photographic system for recording.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration.
Please adjust the knob gently during operation to avoid damage to precision components due to excessive force.
* Optical inspection lenses are kept clean, using special tools and materials for cleaning.
* Please pay attention to heat dissipation when using Illuminant to avoid long-term high luminance irradiation of the same point.
When the instrument is not in use, it is recommended to cover it with a dust cover.
Please refer to the individual instructions for operating the optional camera or photographic system.
