Overview
YIHENG DHG-9240 electric air blowing dryer is a Benchtop drying oven with a Temperature range of 10~ 200 ℃. It has an independent temperature limit alarm system. Temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃, input Power is 2450W, and volume is 220L.
Features
1. The inside of the box is made of mirror stainless steel argon arc welding, and the outside of the box is made of good steel plate, which is beautiful and novel in appearance.
2. Adopt microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and suitable air ducts to improve the Temperature Uniformity in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of synthetic silicon sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. The intake and exhaust volume of the box can be adjusted from the temperature control panel.
6. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller, combined with a hot air circulation system, composed of a fan and an air duct, to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the working room and achieve efficient drying.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Open the drying oven door and place the sample on the shelf.
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the temperature control panel.
4. Start the device and monitor temperature changes.
5. After use, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Regularly check the sealing strip and hot air circulation system to ensure normal operation.
• When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will automatically interrupt to avoid accidents.
• Optional accessories such as independent temperature limit controller and RS485 interface need to be configured according to requirements.
