Overview
SUOGUANG HX-101 thermostatic circulating water bath is a stand-alone device composed of a refrigeration unit, a circulating pump and an electronic Control system. It feeds back the actual temperature of the liquid tank to the PID controller through the Sensor. The controller precisely adjusts the working state of the heating element by comparing the actual temperature with the target temperature, and combines the built-in circulating water pump for mixing and stirring, so as to achieve rapid Response and high stability of the liquid temperature in the tank.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the Tank in real time through a temperature sensor and feeds the data back to the PID controller. The PID controller compares and calculates the detected actual temperature with the target temperature set by the user, and outputs control signals to precisely adjust the Working time and Power of the heating element. At the same time, the built-in circulating water pump works continuously to force circulation and stirring of the liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus achieving fast and stable thermostatic control.
Steps
1. Place the equipment on a smooth, well-ventilated workbench.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as water or silicone oil) into the Tank, and the liquid level needs to cover the heating tube and Sensor.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the desired target temperature through the control panel.
5. Start the circulating pump and heating/cooling function, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be started.
7. After use, turn off the heating/cooling and circulation pumps, and finally turn off the power switch.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, drying and well-ventilated environment.
• When adding liquid to the Tank, the liquid level should cover at least the heating tube and temperature sensor, but not exceed the maximum allowable capacity.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or highly corrosive liquids as heat conducting media.
• During the operation of the equipment and when it has just stopped running, the tank body and liquid may be in a high or low temperature state. Do not touch it directly to prevent burns or frostbite.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for the liquid temperature in the tank to drop to room temperature.
• Regularly check whether the circulating pump is working properly to ensure smooth liquid circulation.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the Tank and keep the equipment drying.
