Overview
UK Thermax (TMC) 8-grid E/ED03 Thermometric Paper is a vertical self-adhesive thermal test paper with a Temperature range of 204~ 260 ° C. The product uses the principle of irreversible discoloration. When the temperature reaches the corresponding temperature point of the square, the square will permanently turn black, and the highest temperature can be recorded without continuous monitoring. Thermometric Paper is non-hazardous, oil-proof and waterproof, and is the world's leading professional temperature measurement product.
Features
1. It has oil resistance and water resistance
2. Non-hazardous and toxic
3. Precision: +/- 1 ° C below 100 ° C, +/- 1% range above 100 ° C
4. Specifications comply with BS EN ISO 9001 standard
8 grid design, covering 204~ 260 ℃ Temperature range
6. Vertical automatic paste design, easy to use
Principle
The Thermometric Paper uses a new concept of temperature measurement, with eight squares on a small sticker, each representing a different temperature value. When the temperature rises to the corresponding temperature point, the squares will irreversibly turn black, and even if the temperature drops, it will not return to the primary color, thus recording the highest temperature the object has experienced. This design does not require long-term monitoring to determine whether there is an overtemperature phenomenon, and can be used as evidence of quality.
Applications
Home appliance industry, power company, railway company, electronics industry, process industry, medical disinfection, helicopter engine, high voltage switch, aircraft black box, chilled down water radiator, temperature sensitive chemical storage rack, racing car temperature monitoring
Steps
1. Vertically paste the Thermometric Paper on the surface of the object to be tested
2. Objects go through the heating process
3. Observe the discoloration of Thermometric Paper
4. Determine the maximum temperature according to the temperature value corresponding to the blackened square
5. Record test results as evidence of quality
Notice
• Thermometric Paper is irreversible discoloration, once black will not recover
Each pack contains 10 Thermometric Papers
• Make sure the adhesive surface is clean and drying before use
• The discoloration temperature points are 204 ° C, 210 ° C, 216 ° C, 224 ° C, 232 ° C, 241 ° C, 249 ° C, 254 ° C, 260 ° C
• Precision varies with Temperature range, pay attention to the conditions of use
