Overview
The KOSON bolt puller KS-1T (iron) is a Portable testing equipment, mainly composed of domestic (CN) iron manual pump, small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, integrated multi-function digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube with quick connector and accessories such as anchors and conversion head pull rods, and equipped with a portable case. Its digital display meter can directly read the tension value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, data storage and query functions, with backlit display.

Principle
The instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump, which drives the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder to apply tensile force to the measured bolt, steel bar or anchor. The tensile force is transmitted through the hydraulic system, converted into an electrical signal by the pressure sensor, and finally displayed in real time as the tensile force value (kN) on the integrated digital display meter. The meter has a data processing function, which can automatically calculate and maintain the peak force value.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, and anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, and colleges and universities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchor and adapter rod for assembly according to the detection object.
2. Sleeve the hydraulic cylinder into the tested part and connect the high voltage YouTube.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital display instrument and check the status of the equipment.
4. Operate the manual pump, apply the tension smoothly, and observe the real-time tension value displayed by the instrument.
5. After reaching the test requirements or peak value, the meter can automatically maintain and record the peak force value.
6. After the test is completed, the pressure is relieved by the manual pump, and the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset.
7. Turn off the power supply of the meter, disassemble the equipment, and organize the packing.
