Overview
The KOSON bolt puller KS-2T (iron) is a Portable testing equipment, mainly composed of domestic (CN) iron manual pump, small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, integrated multi-function digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube (2.5 meters) with quick connector, optional parts (anchor, adapter head pull rod) and portable case. The instrument can directly read the tensile force value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, data storage and query functions, with backlit display.

Principle
The instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump to drive the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, thereby applying tensile force to the measured bolt, bolt, etc. The tensile force is converted into an electrical signal by the pressure sensor, processed by the integrated digital display instrument and directly displayed as the tensile force value (kN). The hydraulic cylinder is a hollow self-reset type, which can be automatically reset after the test is completed.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, and anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, and colleges and universities.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchor or adapter rod according to the tested part and install it on the hydraulic cylinder.
2. Connect high voltage YouTube to ensure that the quick connector is firmly connected.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital display instrument and check whether the power and display are normal.
4. Insert the hydraulic cylinder into the bolt or bolt to ensure alignment.
5. Operate the manual pump to pressurize slowly and observe the tensile force value displayed by the instrument.
6. After reaching the test requirements or peak value, stop pressurizing and the meter can maintain peak value.
7. Record or query stored test data.
8. After the test is completed, the pressure relief will automatically reset the hydraulic cylinder, disassemble the equipment, and store it in the portable case.

Do not exceed the maximum measurement range of the instrument (20kN).
• Operate the manual pump smoothly and slowly to avoid impact.
• Make sure that the hydraulic cylinder is centered with the tested part during testing to prevent partial loading.
• Regularly check the amount of hydraulic oil and replenish it in time.
• When the instrument is not in use, please turn off the power to save power.
Do not store the instrument in a humid, dusty or corrosive environment for a long time.
