Overview
KOSON KS-5T (iron) bolt puller is a Portable inspection equipment, mainly composed of domestic (CN) iron hand pump, small hollow self-resetting hydraulic cylinder, integrated multi-function digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube with quick connector and related accessories. The instrument can directly read the tensile value (kN), has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions, and has a backlit display.

Principle
The instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump to drive the piston movement of the hollow hydraulic cylinder, thereby applying tensile force to the measured anchors (such as steel bars, expansion bolts, etc.). The tensile force is transmitted to the pressure sensor through the hydraulic system, and the tensile force value is displayed, calculated and recorded in real time by the integrated digital display instrument.
Applications
It is mainly used to detect the pull-out force of small steel bars, expansion bolts, chemical anchors, and anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls. It is a testing instrument required by Quality control units, reinforcement units, supervision units, colleges and universities, etc.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchor and adapter rod for assembly according to the tested part.
2. Connect the hydraulic cylinder and the manual pump through high voltage YouTube.
3. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and check the status of the equipment.
4. Install the assembled drawing instrument on the anchor to be tested.
5. Operate the manual pump, apply the tensile force smoothly, and observe the real-time tensile force value displayed by the instrument.
6. After reaching the test requirements or peak, the meter can maintain and record peak data.
7. After the test is completed, the pressure is released and the hydraulic cylinder is automatically reset.
8. Turn off the power supply of the instrument, disassemble the equipment, and organize and store it.

• Pay attention to the power of the meter, and charge it in time when not in use for a long time.
Equipment should be stored in a drying and clean environment to avoid corrosion of hydraulic components.
• Regularly check the wearing parts such as sealing rings, and replace them in time if they are damaged.
Do not exceed the maximum measurement range (50kN) of the equipment calibration.
