Overview
The KOSON KS-10T bolt puller is a testing instrument composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage YouTube (3 meters) with a quick connector, optional parts (anchors, adapters, pull rods) and a portable case. The instrument adopts a China iron pump, the hollow hydraulic cylinder is an automatic reset type, and the digital display meter adopts a Sensor imported from Switzerland, which can directly read the tensile force value (kN). It has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions. It has a backlit display and is easy to operate. It is suitable for laboratory and field use.

Principle
The KOSON KS-10T bolt pullout instrument generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to work. The digital pressure gauge displays the tensile force value in real time, and has the functions of automatic calculation, peak holding and Data storage to realize the accurate measurement of the anti-pull force of anchors and other anchors.

Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge.
2. Install the anchors, adapters and pull rods to the tested anchors.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital display meter and check that the display is normal;
4. Operate the manual pump to apply pressure and observe the reading of the digital display meter.
5. After meeting the test requirements, record or save the data.
6. Release pressure and automatically reset the hydraulic cylinder.
7. Turn off the power supply, remove the accessories and store them.
