Overview
The KOSON KS-20T (iron) bolt puller is composed of a manual pump, a hollow hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge, a high voltage YouTube (3 meters) with a quick connector, optional parts (anchors, adapters, pull rods) and a portable carrying case. The hydraulic cylinder is hollow self-resetting type. The digital display instrument adopts a Swiss imported Sensor. Sensitivity is high and the value is accurate. It can directly read the tensile force value (kN). It has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions. It has a backlit display. The hollow hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a dust-proof system and an imported sealing ring. It has a long service life. It is suitable for laboratory and field use. The operation is simple and easy to learn.

Principle
The bolt puller generates hydraulic pressure through a manual pump and drives the hollow hydraulic cylinder for pulling operation. The digital pressure gauge displays the pulling force value in real time, and has the functions of automatic calculation, peak holding and Data storage. The hydraulic cylinder adopts an automatic reset design to ensure easy and efficient operation.

Steps
1. Connect the manual pump, hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge.
2. Install anchors, adapters and tie rods;
3. Start the manual pump to apply pressure.
4. Observe the digital display meter to read the tensile force value.
5. Use peak hold and Data storage functions;
6. Automatically reset the hydraulic cylinder after completing the test.
