Overview
KS-50T (iron) bolt puller is a Portable testing instrument composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and optional accessories. The instrument adopts imported Sensor, with high Sensitivity and accurate value, it can directly read the tensile force value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions. It is easy to operate and is especially suitable for laboratory and field use.
Features
1. Imported Sensor with High Sensitivity and Accurate Value.
2. An integrated multi-function display instrument that can directly read the tensile force value (kN).
3. Equipped with automatic calculation, peak hold, storage and query functions.
4. With backlit display.
5. The hollow hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a dust-proof system and an imported sealing ring, which has a long service life.
6. Easy to operate, easy to learn and use, suitable for laboratory and field use.
7. The hydraulic cylinder is a manual reset type (with Electric Pump).
Principle
The instrument is pressurized by a manual pump, and the hydraulic oil is transported to the hollow hydraulic cylinder through the high voltage YouTube to push the piston to generate tension. The tension acts on the measured anchor (connected by anchors, pull rods, etc.), and its force value is detected by the Sensor in real time and transmitted to the digital pressure gauge. The meter directly displays the tension value (kN) and records the peak value and other data.
Applications
It is suitable for testing the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force testing (test) of Glass curtain walls
Standards
GB 50367-2013 "Code for Design of Reinforcement of Concrete Structures", GB 50330-2013 "Technical Specifications for Building Slope Engineering", JGJ 120-2012 "Technical Specifications for Building Foundation Pit Support", CECS 22:2005 "Technical Specifications for Geotechnical Anchors (Cables) ", GB 50001-2011 "Code for Design of Building Foundation", JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Specifications for Rear Anchorage of Concrete Structures", GB 50550-2010 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Building Structure Reinforcement Engineering", GB 50203-2011 "Code for Construction Mass Acceptance of Masonry Structure Engineering"
Steps
1. Connect the instrument: connect the manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder and digital pressure gauge through the high voltage YouTube with quick connector.
2. Installation accessories: According to the specifications of the tested part, select the appropriate anchor, adapter and tie rod for installation and connection.
3. Start the test: operate the manual pump to pressurize, and the hollow hydraulic cylinder generates a tensile force on the tested anchor.
4. Read the data: Observe the digital pressure gauge, the instrument will directly display the real-time tensile force value (kN), and automatically maintain the peak value.
5. Data storage: After the test is completed, the meter's storage function can be used to save data (up to 50 items).
6. Reset: After the test, manually reset the hydraulic cylinder.
Notice
Please ensure that all components are firmly connected and free of leakage before use.
* Correctly select and install anchors, pull rods and other accessories according to the specifications of the anchors to be tested.
* The pressurization process should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact loads.
Pay attention to the meter power and replace the battery (9V) in time.
* The center aperture of the instrument is 60MM, please ensure that the size of the tested piece or connector matches.
After the test is completed, please reset the hydraulic cylinder manually.
* Instruments should be stored in a drying, clean environment.
