Overview
KS-100T (iron) bolt puller is a Portable testing instrument composed of manual pump, hollow hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge, high voltage YouTube and optional accessories. Its integrated multi-functional digital display instrument adopts imported Sensor, which has high Sensitivity and accurate value. It can directly read the tensile force value (kN), and has automatic calculation, peak holding, storage and query functions. The hollow hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a dust-proof system and imported sealing ring, which has a long service life. It is especially suitable for laboratory and field use. It is easy to operate and easy to learn.

Principle
The instrument is pressurized by hand pump to drive the hollow hydraulic cylinder to generate tension. The tension is transmitted to the anchorage under test through the tie rod, adapter and anchor. The pressure sensor monitors the pressure of the hydraulic system in real time and converts it into the tension value (kN) displayed on the digital display. The instrument has a peak hold function to record and store the maximum tension value during the test.
Applications
The bolt pullout instrument is suitable for detecting the pull-out force of various anchors, steel bars (planting bars), expansion bolts, chemical anchors and other anchors, and can also be used for on-site pull-out force detection (test) of Glass curtain walls.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate anchors, adapters, and tie rods for assembly according to the specifications of the tested part.
2. Connect and fix the assembled instrument with the tested anchor.
3. Turn on the power supply of the digital display meter and check the status of the device.
4. Operate the manual pump to apply pressure slowly and evenly, while observing the readings of the digital display meter.
5. When the test requirements are met or the tested part is damaged, stop pressurizing.
6. Record or query the peak tensile force value maintained on the digital display table.
7. After the test is completed, the hydraulic cylinder piston is reset manually.
8. Disassemble the connecting parts, turn off the power supply of the instrument, and organize the equipment.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure proper assembly and connection of all components.
During testing, personnel should stay away from the direction in which the tested object may fly out to ensure safety.
* The pressurization process should be smooth and slow to avoid Impact loads.
Do not exceed the maximum rated pressure of the hydraulic cylinder (1000KN).
* Regularly check YouTube, connectors and sealing rings, and replace them in case of damage or leakage.
* When the instrument is not in use, the system pressure should be released and stored in a drying and cleaning portable case.
When the digital monitor is not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
* This instrument is precision measurement equipment and should avoid violent vibration and impact.
