Overview
KOSON KS-40 concrete strength tester is a small hydraulic force measuring device composed of a piercing jack, a hand pump, a triangular site and a digital force measuring device. The instrument has the characteristics of large pulling force, multi-purpose machine, novel structure, small size and complete functions. The oil pump adopts manual pressurization mode, and has the advantages of small driving torque, comfortable and reasonable shaking direction, and continuous and uniform loading. It has been widely promoted in the country and widely used by Quality control units in various regions.
Features
1. Lightweight alloy body, built-in micro hydraulic system, high pulling force
2. Equipped with split digital display instrument, can store 500 pieces of data
3. Settings menu, data can be recorded, queried, and deleted
4. Numerical 10-segment polyline correction to improve instrument accuracy
5. Ultra-low power design, automatic shutdown without operation for 6 hours, Continuous Operating Time can exceed 200 hours
6. Measurement modes of intensity Mpa and force value KN
Principle
KS-40 concrete strength tester is mainly used to detect the strength of concrete in construction projects. Using the principle of post-loading and pulling out method, the strength of concrete is calculated by measuring the force required to pull out the anchors placed in concrete.
Applications
Construction engineering concrete strength testing, veneer brick bond strength testing, mosaic bond strength testing, insulation board bond strength testing, concrete bond strength testing, mortar bond strength testing, paints bond strength testing, Coating bond strength testing, adhesive bond strength testing, small size chemical anchor bolt tensile strength testing, threaded parts tensile strength testing
