Overview
KOSON KS-2000A intelligent Bond strength tester is a Portable testing equipment. The main body is made of stainless steel material and the weight is 4.0 kg. Its core adopts Portable hydraulic jack, and the pressure device and hollow jack are designed as an integrated structure, which is easy to carry and field test. The instrument is equipped with a split digital display instrument, which can be directly measured when turned on, making the field inspection operation more convenient and fast.
Features
1. Adopt Portable hydraulic jack, pressure device and hollow jack integrated structure design, easy to carry and test.
2. The main body of the instrument is made of stainless steel, light weight, only 4.0 kg.
3. Equipped with split digital display instrument, direct measurement at startup, convenient and fast on-site detection.
4. Wide range, high resolution, up to 0.001KN.
5. With data storage, query, and deletion functions, 200 pieces of data can be stored.
6. With peak hold and LCD lighting functions.
7. Powered by high-capacity lithium batteries, it supports 10-segment fold line correction.
Principle
The tester generates tension through the built-in Portable hydraulic jack system, which acts on the bonding material under test. When the tension gradually increases to the point of bonding failure, the instrument records the peak force value through the Sensor, and displays and stores it in real time by the split digital display meter to calculate the bonding strength.
Applications
Detection of bond strength of decorative tiles, mosaics, various plates, paints, coatings, exterior-wall insulation materials (EPS board, SPS board) and various exterior-wall building materials and adhesives.
Standards
JGJ110-2008 "construction engineering veneer brick bond strength inspection standard", JGJ126-2000 "exterior-wall veneer brick engineering construction and acceptance regulations", JGJ144-2004 "exterior-wall external insulation engineering technical regulations", JG158-2004 "rubber powder polystyrene particles exterior-wall external insulation system", JG149-2003 "expanded polystyrene board thin plastering exterior-wall external insulation system"
Steps
1. Connect and fix the main body of the detector to the part to be tested.
2. Turn on the split digital display meter power supply.
3. Operate the pressurizing device to apply tension smoothly through the hydraulic jack.
4. Observe the reading of the digital display instrument until the bonding fails, and the instrument automatically maintains and records the peak force value.
5. Read data and perform storage, query, or deletion operations as required.
6. After the test is completed, remove the tension and turn off the meter power.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
When connecting the parts under test, ensure that they are firmly fixed and accurately aligned.
* When applying tension, it should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact load.
Do not exceed the maximum range of the instrument (6.000KN/3.75Mpa).
* Instruments should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please pay attention to safety during operation to prevent injuries caused by peeling of fixtures or specimens.
