Overview
KS-6000C intelligent Bond strength tester is an intelligent High Accuracy testing instrument developed by KOSON brand according to relevant national standards and market demand. It adopts Portable hydraulic jack, pressure device and hollow jack adopt an integrated ultra-light design, the main body weighs only 2.0kg. The display instrument is integrated with the main body of the instrument, and can be directly measured when turned on. It supports KN and MPA unit conversion, which is convenient for on-site rapid detection.
Features
1. Adopt Portable hydraulic jack, pressure device and hollow jack integrated structure design, easy to carry and test.
The main body of the instrument is ultra-light, weighing only 2.0kg.
3. The display instrument and the main body of the instrument are designed in an integrated manner, without connecting the instrument, and the measurement is directly turned on.
4. The meter display unit can be converted in two ways (KN and MPA), which is convenient for customers to use.
5. Equipped with data query and deletion functions, peak hold function, and LCD lighting function.
6. It is powered by high-capacity lithium batteries and is equipped with a USB port for charging.
7. Support 10-segment polyline correction function.
Principle
The tester applies a tensile force through the built-in Portable hydraulic jack system to pull the tested material (such as facing bricks, insulation boards, etc.) off its bonded substrate. The instrument measures and records the maximum force required during the pulling process in real time, displays it digitally through the integrated meter, and automatically calculates and displays the bond strength value according to the set parameters (such as the force area). The unit can be converted between KN and MPA.
Applications
Detection of bond strength of decorative tiles, mosaics, various plates, paints, coatings, exterior-wall insulation materials (EPS board, SPS board) and various exterior-wall building materials and adhesives
Standards
JGJ110-2008 "construction engineering veneer brick bond strength inspection standard", JGJ126-2000 "exterior-wall veneer brick engineering construction and acceptance regulations", JGJ144-2004 "exterior-wall external insulation engineering technical regulations", JG158-2004 "rubber powder polystyrene particles exterior-wall external insulation system", JG149-2003 "expanded polystyrene board thin plastering exterior-wall external insulation system"
Steps
1. According to the testing requirements, install a suitable puller head on the instrument and fix it to the tested sample.
2. Turn on, instrument self-test and enter the measurement state.
3. Select the force value display unit (KN or MPA) on the meter as required.
4. Operate the instrument smoothly and apply tension through the hydraulic system until the sample is pulled off or meets the test requirements.
5. The instrument automatically maintains and displays the peak force value (bond strength).
6. Record data and review historical records using the instrument's data query function.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the power.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use.
* Please select the appropriate puller according to the material under test and ensure that it is firmly installed.
* When applying tension, it should be smooth and uniform to avoid Impact load.
* The range of the instrument is 0~ 6.000KN/3.75Mpa, please do not use it beyond the range.
Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching or designated USB charging port for instrument charging.
* Store in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
