Overview
KOSON KS-10C Carbon Fiber Bond strength tester, also known as coating Adhesion Tester, adopts mechatronics design, the full set of instruments is a whole, including the handle, High Accuracy S-type Sensor, screw, reaction support and other mechanical parts to form a "door" type structure. At the same time, the measurement display circuit is embedded in the instrument, which can directly observe the data. The detector has the characteristics of light weight, labor-saving operation of the handle, and convenient use.
Features
1. Integrated design, embedded measurement display circuit
2. Peak hold function
3. Can store up to 500 pieces of data
4.10 segment polyline correction
5. Automatic shutdown and LCD lighting
6. High-speed USB charging interface (optional)
7. Dedicated host computer software (optional)
Principle
The detector adopts mechatronics design, drives the screw through handle operation, uses High Accuracy S-type Sensor measurement of tensile force, and the reaction force support constitutes a "door" type structure to provide reaction force. The embedded measurement display circuit directly processes and displays the data.
Applications
Anti-corrosion coating adhesion testing, steel pipe surface coating adhesion testing, iron plate surface coating adhesion testing
Standards
GB5210-1985-T "Determination of coating adhesion", GB16777-2008 "Test method for architectural waterproof coatings", GB/T 5210-2006 "Paints and varnish adhesion test", TB-T2965-2011 "Technical conditions for waterproof layer of railway mixed concrete bridge deck"
Steps
1. Prepare the instrument and ensure sufficient power supply
2. Place the instrument on the surface of the coating to be tested
3. Operate the handle to apply tension
4. Watch the display screen to read the measurement data
5. Save data or make corrections as needed
6. Turn off the power after use and store it properly
Notice
• Check whether the components of the instrument are in good condition before use
• Make sure the battery is fully charged
• Keep the handle steady and apply force during operation
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments
• Regularly calibrate Sensors for Measurement accuracy
• Be careful not to exceed the 500 limit when storing data
• Optional functions require additional corresponding accessories
