Overview
KOSON KS-6C steel corrosion tester is a testing equipment used for the measurement of the probability of steel corrosion in concrete walls, beams and columns. The corrosion of steel bars in structural concrete will directly affect the safety and durability of the structure. The instrument is used to detect steel corrosion in structural identification and Reliability diagnosis.
Features
1. Using long-term fixed metal Electrode, without perfusion and replacement of copper sulfate solution, to avoid the damage of copper sulfate solution to the operator and the environment.
2. Measuring method with potentiometric method and layered method, with potential Electrode and layered Electrode.
3. Operating system environment such as WinXP, Win7, Win8.
Principle
The instrument is measured by the potentiometric method and the layering method. The potentiometric method evaluates the probability of corrosion by measuring the potential difference between the steel bar and the reference Electrode; the layering method assists in judging the corrosion status by measuring the change of the potential layer between adjacent measuring points on the concrete surface.
Applications
Measurement of the degree of steel corrosion in structural concrete caused by various factors, elimination of structural safety hazards caused by steel corrosion
