Overview
KOSON KS-95 ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument is a device that can quickly, conveniently, non-destructive and accurately detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose various defects in the workpiece (such as crazing, welding, pores, pinholes, inclusions, folding, etc.). It is widely used in scientific research, electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, casting, automobile, machinery, military, steel structure, boiler Pressure Vessel, pressure pipeline, aerospace, railway transportation and other fields.
Features
1. DAC, AVG Linear dispersion is automatically generated, the sampling points are not limited, and can be compensated and corrected.
2. The transmission pulse frequency can be adjusted up to 1000 times per second.
3. 10 independent flaw detection channels, allowing for the free setting and storage of a variety of flaw detection techniques and standards, eliminating the need to carry test blocks for on-site flaw detection.

21. Protection Rating IP53, can be used in dripping environment or light rain.
Principle
The KOSON KS-95 ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD) instrument works based on the principle of ultrasonic flaw detection (UFD). The instrument generates high-frequency electrical pulses, which are converted into ultrasonic waves through a transducer and passed into the workpiece to be inspected. When ultrasonic waves propagate inside the workpiece and encounter defects (such as crazing, pores, etc.) or interfaces, reflection occurs. The instrument receives these reflection echoes, and after signal processing (such as amplification, detection), the waveform is displayed on the screen. By analyzing the position, amplitude and shape of the echoes, the presence, location, size and nature of the defects can be determined.
