Overview
The KOSON MJ-1 anchor is a supporting accessory for the bolt puller, including the four specifications of φ 6, φ 8, φ 10 and φ 12. This product can be used with the bolt puller of KS-1T, KS-2T, KS-3T and KS-5T models.
Features
1. Multi-specification adaptation: A set of products includes anchors of four commonly used specifications: Should 6, Should 8, Should 10, and Should 12.
2. Strong compatibility: It can be adapted to multiple types of anchor pullers such as KOSON KS-1T, KS-2T, KS-3T, KS-5T, etc.
Principle
As a key connecting component of the bolt drawing instrument, the anchor is tightly engaged or fixed with the anchor rod of a specific specification (such as φ 6-φ 12) through its internal structure, and the tension generated by the drawing instrument is effectively and stably transmitted to the tested anchor rod, thus completing the drawing test.
Applications
Anchoring force test and drawing test of bolt (cable) in construction engineering, geotechnical engineering, tunnel engineering, slope support, foundation pit support, bridge engineering, structural reinforcement and other fields.
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. According to the diameter of the anchor rod under test, select the anchor of the corresponding specification (Should 6, Should 8, Should 10 or Should 12).
2. Install the selected anchors correctly on the matching KS series anchor puller.
3. Reliably connect the anchor to the end of the bolt to be tested.
4. Operate the bolt drawing instrument to perform a pulling force test.
5. After the test is completed, remove the connection between the anchor and the bolt and store it properly.
Notice
• Please confirm the diameter of the anchor before use, and choose the anchor specification that exactly matches it. Mixing is strictly prohibited.
• Ensure that the anchor is compatible with the bolt puller (KS-1T, KS-2T, KS-3T, KS-5T) models.
• When installing, ensure that the anchor is firmly connected to the bolt to prevent slippage during the test.
• Regularly check anchors for abrasion, crazing or deformation, and replace damaged anchors promptly.
• Please test according to the operating procedures of the supporting bolt puller.
During testing, personnel should stay away from the testing area to ensure safety.
