JINGKELIAN QFZ Adhesion Tester is used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coated material.

Features

1. The main transmission system composed of handwheel, sprocket and helical helical gear is used to realize the synchronization of worktable movement and needle circle drawing 2. The drawing head is equipped with double-ended square screws to adjust the height of the machine head, and the sliding dovetail structure adjusts the drawing diameter 3. The worktable is equipped with a half nut and a screw connection, which drives the worktable to move back and forth 4. Equipped with four nuts and platen fixing specimens 5. The rotary needle adopts 808 grade stylus, which can be easily replaced and the number of uses is controlled below 5 times

Principle

The sprocket and helical helical gear are driven by the hand wheel to move the table left and right while the needle is rounded on the surface of the test piece. The drawing head adjusts the height through double-ended square screws, and the sliding dovetail structure adjusts the drawing diameter. The table moves back and forth through the half nut and the screw to test the film adhesion.
