Overview
SMART SENSOR AR700 Infrared Thermometer is a medium and low temperature model. It adopts non-contact temperature measurement method to quickly detect the surface temperature of distant objects through infrared induction and Optical inspection principles. Compared with traditional contact thermometers, it has the advantages of fast temperature measurement response, high accuracy, no contact, no consumables, and is widely used in Chemistry, environment testing, heating and cooling, nondestructive testing and other industries.
Features
1. Non-contact temperature measurement, safe and convenient.
The temperature measurement range is wide, covering temperatures from -32 ° C to 700 ° C.
3. Fast Response, Response Time is 500ms.
4. High accuracy, Accuracy of +/- 2%, resolution of 0.1 ℃.
5. Good sexual repeability, sexual repeability is +/- 0.1 ℃| +/- 1%.
6. The object distance ratio is 12:1, which can be measured at a long distance.
7. The emissivity is adjustable, ranging from 0.10 to 1.00.
8. Powered by a 9V battery, it is portable and easy to use.
Principle
The Infrared Thermometer works based on infrared sensing and Optical inspection principles. It receives infrared radiation energy emitted by the surface of the target object (Response wavelength is 8 to 14 μm), converts it into an electrical signal, and then calculates the surface temperature of the object through an internal processing system, so as to achieve rapid temperature measurement without contact.
Applications
Chemistry, environment testing, heating and cooling, nondestructive testing
Standards
Encasement of color box
Steps
1. Load a 9V battery.
2. According to the surface characteristics of the object to be measured, set the appropriate emissivity within the range of 0.10 to 1.00.
3. Aim the thermometer at the target object and maintain the appropriate measurement distance (object distance ratio is 12:1).
4. Response and display the temperature reading in approximately 500ms.
Notice
• Do not aim the laser directly at the eyes or indirectly through the reflection surface.
• When measuring, consider the influence of the surface emissivity of the object on the measurement result and set it correctly.
• Ensure that the measurement path is clean to avoid steam, dust, etc. affecting the measurement accuracy.
• Instruments should be stored in a drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
• When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery.
