Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS930 Coating thickness gauge is a precision instrument for nondestructive measurement. It can measure the nonmagnetic coating thickness on magnetic metal substrates (such as iron and hard magnetic steel), and the nonconductive coating film thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin). The instrument has the characteristics of small measurement error, high reliability, good stability and easy operation. It is a testing tool required to control and ensure product mass in manufacturing, metalworking, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other fields.

Steps
1. Power on/zero calibrate: Use the power on/zero calibrate key.
2. Select the calibrate mode: you can choose zero, two point or basic calibration.
3. Select the measurement method: Select single measurement, continuous measurement, average or MAX Maximum measurement through the menu key.
4. Perform measurement: Align the Probe to the measured area for measurement.
5. View data: You can scroll up to browse the stored measurement data.
6. Management data: All measurement data can be deleted.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature 0~ 40 ℃.
• The working environment should be free of strong magnetic environment.
The minimum measurement surface is 7 mm.
• Minimum radius of curvature requirements: convex 1.5mm, concave 9mm.
• The thinnest substrate is required to be 0.5mm.
• Pay attention to the battery level, there is a low power indicator function.
