Overview
QIWEI JFS-750 Disperser is a new environmental protection laboratory Disperser. The motor power is 750W, and it adopts a dual-axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient to lift. The machine adopts a variable frequency motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, etc. The number directly displays the rotating shaft speed, and is equipped with a dispersed impeller and a sanding blade. It is a satisfactory experimental equipment for laboratory personnel. It can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of Stir, dispersion, and sanding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate according to the displayed rotating shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
The Disperser implements stepless speed regulation on the new frequency conversion motor through an intelligent frequency conversion controller, thereby driving the rotating shaft and the dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc connected to it to swirl/spin at high speed to realize the Stir, disperse or sand grinding of the material.

Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the display on the meter is normal.
2. Turn the potentiometer knob left to the bottom.
3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel, and the motor is ready to run.
4. Adjust the potentiometer knob until the desired speed. (You can also press the "▲" or "▲" button until the desired speed.)
5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor from running.
Notice
• When using, fix the selected sand grinding blade disc or dispersion impeller with the rotating shaft.
• Rotary motor lock bolts, adjust the high and low positions of the rotating shaft and the container, clamp the motor seat and the container, put in the material and cover the container cover.
• Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, wait for the initialization of the controller to end, the four-digit digital tube displays 0.0, and then adjust the speed to the required speed.
• It is not advisable to drive an empty car when the speed is greater than 4000rpm.
