Overview
LANDTEK FM-204-1K Simple Force Gauge is a small, simple and High Accuracy thrust and tension testing instrument, which is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, plug force test, Destructiveness test, etc.

Principle
The Force Gauge converts mechanical forces into electrical signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or tensile loads, which are processed and displayed digitally on the LCD screen to maintain peak readings and support multiple unit conversions.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Switch on and select Measurement unit.
3. Perform a push-pull load test and observe the display reading.
4. Use the peak hold function to record the MAX Maximum.
5. Manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown after the test is completed.
Notice
* Avoid overload use, allowing a load of 150% F.s, and a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
* The working environment should be free of source and corrosion medium.
* Operating temperature is 0~ 40 ℃.
* Allowable relative humidity < 80%.
* Shut down in time after use to save power.
