Principle
The dispersion head of the GFJ-0.5 (GFJ-550) Disperser (high-speed frequency conversion) generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material generates powerful hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, enabling the fluid material to withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Mixing Tank according to your needs (standard 1.5L, optional 2.5L single layer or 5L double-decked)
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank
3. Set the required Rotation speed (within the range of 60~ 8000rpm)
4. If you need timing, set the timing function
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding or mixing operations
6. Turn off the device after the operation is completed
