Overview
The SMART SENSOR Ammonia Detector is a Portable Gas detection instrument designed to detect the leakage concentration of ammonia (NH ³) in the environment. The instrument uses an electrochemistry gas Sensor for fast Response and accurate measurement of ammonia concentration in the range of 0~ 100PPM, with a resolution of 0.1PPM and an intrinsic error of +/- 2%. It has dual acoustic and optical alarm functions, and the alarm value can be set, which is suitable for a variety of working environments.
Features
1. Specific detection of ammonia (NH ³), the range is 0~ 100PPM, and the resolution is high.
Sensor using electrochemistry principle, life is two years.
3. Equipped with dual alarm functions of sound and light, the alarm sound can reach 80 decibels, and the alarm value can be set.
4. Built-in temperature measurement function.
5. Portable design, light weight (170g), powered by 3.7V lithium battery.
6. Response Time (T90) and Recovery Time ≤ 120 seconds.
7. Strong environmental adaptability, temperature range -10~ 50 ℃, humidity < 95% RH (no frost).
Principle
The ammonia gas detector mainly uses the electrochemistry gas Sensor to detect the composition and concentration of ammonia gas in the environment. The Sensor reacts with the target gas to generate an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration. The instrument processes the signal to display real-time gas concentration values. When the concentration exceeds the preset alarm value, the instrument will trigger an acoustic and optical alarm.
Applications
Industrial safety, environment monitoring, chemical production, agricultural breeding, cold storage
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Set the ammonia alarm value on the instrument as required.
3. Place the instrument in the environment to be tested and wait for its reading to stabilize.
4. Observe the ammonia concentration value and temperature information on the display screen.
5. When the concentration exceeds the standard to trigger the alarm, take corresponding measures according to the sound and light prompts.
6. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Do not use in an environment beyond the specified temperature and humidity range (-10~ 50 ℃, humidity < 95% RH and no frost).
• Pay attention to the service life of the Sensor (two years) and calibrate or replace it regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid severe impact or immersion in liquids.
The alarm value should be set reasonably to ensure timely and effective safety warnings.
• Please use the specified 3.7V lithium battery and pay attention to the battery level.
• Instrument readings are for reference only, if you need accurate measurement, please operate according to professional standards.
