The SMART SENSOR AR820 is a household formaldehyde Gas detector. Electrochemical sensor is used to detect the concentration of formaldehyde gas in the environment. The instrument has a measurement range of 0~ 5PPM and a resolution of 0.01PPM. It has a dual sound and light alarm function. Portable design, powered by 3 AA batteries.

Principle
The detector mainly uses a gas Sensor to detect the type and concentration of gases present in the environment. The Sensor with electrochemistry principle is specifically used to detect the composition and content of formaldehyde gas. When the Sensor comes into contact with formaldehyde gas in the environment, it will generate a corresponding electrical signal, and the instrument will process the signal to display the gas concentration value.

Steps
1. Load three 1.5V AA batteries.
2. Boot in an environment of 0~ 50 ° C and 10~ 95% RH.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment.
4. Wait for Sensor Response (< 30 seconds) and read the formaldehyde concentration on the display.
5. When the concentration exceeds the standard, the instrument will issue a sound and light alarm.
