Principle
Driven by the motor at high speed, the dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear velocity, and the material generates strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, enabling the fluid material to withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50HZ.
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank (standard 1.5L, optional 2.5L or 5L cartridge)
3. Use smart motor speed controller to set Rotation speed (range 60~ 8000rpm)
4. Start the equipment for stirring, dispersing or grinding operations
5. If you need timing, set the timing function
6. Turn off the equipment and clean the Mixing Tank after the operation is completed
