Principle
QIWEI FJ200-S Homogenizer adopts SCR high-speed adjustment system and internal suction homogenization structure, and homogenizes the samples through high-speed swirl/spin tools to achieve functions such as homogenization, emulsification and cell rupture.

Steps
1. Place the Homogenizer on a horizontal table and install the required homogeneous tool
2. Test machine: submerge the plum blossom cutter head with a water-filled cup, turn on the power switch, adjust the speed knob from slow to fast, and work without metal friction sound; if there is friction sound, turn off the switch, release the cutter and reinstall it in place
3. Cut the experimental plant or organism into small pieces and place it in a randomly equipped Glass dish
