Overview
The SMART SENSOR AS5750 halogen Gas detector is a Portable/Handheld Gas detector for detecting leak concentrations of flammable gases, refrigerants, halogen gases, etc. It uses Gas Sensor technology for rapid Response to gas leaks and is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
Features
1. Using semiconductor Sensor principle, high detection sensitivity, can detect the leakage of less than 0.5 oz/year halogen gas
2. Fast Response Time, ≤ 1 second to ensure timely alarm
3. Short Warm-Up Time, less than 110 seconds or 90 seconds at 25 ° C and 60% RH
4. Equipped with LED light Alarm mode and analog quantity prompt (LED row light), intuitive display
5. Sensitivity adjustable, adapt to different detection needs
6. Built-in 3.7V lithium battery, working time up to 9 hours, support external power supply
7. Low power indicator function to remind users to charge in time
8. Lightweight and portable, weight only 250g, size 159 * 66 * 31mm
9. Strong environmental adaptability, Temperature range 0~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 80% RH No condensation
Principle
The detector uses a semiconductor gas Sensor to detect the composition and concentration of gases in the environment. When the target gas (such as halogen gas) is present, the Sensor senses the gas change through physical or chemical methods, and quickly converts it into an electrical signal, triggering LED light alarms and analog quantity prompts to achieve leak detection.
Applications
Industrial safety, refrigeration system maintenance, flammable gas monitoring, halogen gas leak detection
Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and wait for the warm-up to complete (Warm-Up Time is less than 110 seconds or 90 seconds)
2. Adjust Sensitivity Settings as Needed
3. Bring the detector close to the area to be tested and observe the LED lights and analog cues
4. If there is an alarm, deal with the source of leakage in a timely manner
5. Turn off the power after use and check the battery level regularly.
Notice
• Avoid use beyond Ambient Temperature (0~ 50 ℃) or Humidity (≤ 80% RH without condensation)
Periodically calibrate Sensors to ensure detection accuracy
• Pay attention to the low power indicator, charge or replace the battery in time
• Keep the device clean during use to avoid clogging the Sensor
Store in a drying environment to prevent damage
