GB/T 38924.3-2020
Environmental test methods for civil small and light unmanned aircraft system—Part 3: High-temperature test

GB/T 38924.3-2020 specifies the high-temperature test requirements for civil light and small unmanned aircraft systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a takeoff weight of 0.25 kg to 150 kg, applicable to related equipment that needs to withstand high-temperature environments. The tests are divided into two categories: high-temperature storage and high-temperature operation. The high-temperature storage test is conducted at 70°C for 3 hours, while the high-temperature operation test is carried out at a temperature specified in relevant documents for at least 2 hours, with a temperature change rate not exceeding 3°C/min. Instruments such as high-temperature test chambers and temperature and humidity sensors are used to control environmental parameters. The functional performance of the equipment must be tested before, during, and after the tests to verify its high-temperature tolerance capability.
