Environmental test methods for civil small and light unmanned aircraft system—Part 6: Vibration test

GB/T 38924.6-2020 specifies the vibration test requirements and methods for civil light and small unmanned aircraft systems (including aircraft and ground stations) with a takeoff weight of 0.25 kg to 150 kg. It is applicable to multi-rotor, fixed-wing, unmanned helicopter systems, and vehicle-mounted ground stations. The tests cover types such as random vibration and sinusoidal vibration, and must be conducted in an environment with a temperature of 15°C–35°C and relative humidity of 30%–75%. Using instruments such as vibration tables and sensors, tests are performed on the X, Y, and Z axes of the equipment under test, with each axis tested for 1 hour or as specified in relevant documents. During the process, the functional performance of the equipment must be monitored.
