GB/T 38018-2019
Footwear—Test method for soles—Fatigue resistance

This standard applies to finished shoes and outsoles with a shoe size of 235 and above, specifying the test principles, sample preparation, operational procedures, and result evaluation for fatigue resistance. It assesses fatigue resistance based on indicators such as thickness change rate and appearance by simulating the plantar pressure during slow running, applying cyclic compression to key areas of the forefoot and heel of the outsole. Relevant testing instruments include a repeated fatigue compression testing machine (equipped with a dedicated 6061 aluminum alloy impact hammer, hydraulically driven, with a compression rate of 6–240 cycles/min), a thickness measuring instrument with a range of 0–50 mm and an accuracy of 0.01 mm, along with a high-precision force sensing system and data acquisition equipment, ensuring the authenticity of the test simulation and the accuracy of the results.
